Company Description:

Assystem STUP, based in Delhi, employs 1100 engineers supporting clients in transportation, urban development, decarbonized energy, and industrial and complex buildings. With 9 offices across India, they've contributed to projects like Dassault factories in Nagpur and EPR nuclear reactors in India. Now, as part of their digital entity's growth, they seek a QA Engineer with expertise in manual and automation testing, including Selenium for automation and Postman/Rest Assured for API testing. Experience in Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, etc., is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Engage with stakeholders to grasp project requirements and formulate detailed test plans.

Develop exhaustive test cases from functional specifications, user stories, and project documentation. 

Execute tests to detect defects, ensure functionality, and uphold quality standards. 

Create and manage automated test scripts for enhanced testing efficiency, particularly in repetitive and critical scenarios. 

Perform regression testing to safeguard existing functionalities from adverse impacts of new code changes. 

Identify, document, and prioritize defects, fostering effective communication with development teams. 

Conduct performance and security testing to assess system responsiveness, scalability, and vulnerability. 

Collaborate with end-users for UAT, ensuring alignment with expectations. 

Actively contribute to process improvements in testing methodologies and tools. 

Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, plans, and processes. 

Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, offering timely feedback. Leverage testing tools and frameworks to optimize efficiency and accuracy.


Requirements:

  •  Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


  •  Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
